📱 Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator
- Download Microsoft Authenticator from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Sign in to aka.ms/mysecurityinfo
- Click Add sign-in method → Authenticator app
- Open the Authenticator app on your phone and tap + → Work or school account
- Scan the QR code shown on your computer screen
- Approve the test notification to finish setup
💡 Tip: When you sign in, you'll get a notification on your phone — just tap Approve. If you don't have your phone handy, use the 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds in the app.
