My account is locked — what do I do?

Accounts lock automatically after too many incorrect password attempts. This is a security feature to protect your account.
🔓 What to Do
- Wait 15-30 minutes — most lockouts clear automatically
- Make sure Caps Lock is off before trying again
- If it's still locked, submit a ticket or call us and we'll unlock it right away
⚠️ Important: Common causes of repeated lockouts:
- An old password saved in Outlook
- A phone still trying to sync email with old credentials
- A mapped network drive using outdated credentials
