My account is locked — what do I do?

Accounts lock automatically after too many incorrect password attempts. This is a security feature to protect your account.

🔓 What to Do

  1. Wait 15-30 minutes — most lockouts clear automatically
  2. Make sure Caps Lock is off before trying again
  3. If it's still locked, submit a ticket or call us and we'll unlock it right away
⚠️ Important: Common causes of repeated lockouts:
  • An old password saved in Outlook
  • A phone still trying to sync email with old credentials
  • A mapped network drive using outdated credentials
After we unlock your account, check all your devices and update the password everywhere.
