How do I create an email signature in Outlook?

✍️ Outlook Desktop

  1. Go to FileOptionsMailSignatures
  2. Click New and give your signature a name
  3. Type your signature in the editor
  4. Under Choose default signature, set it for new messages and replies
  5. Click OK
