I'm not receiving emails — what should I check?

Check Junk Folder
Legitimate emails sometimes land in spam. Right-click → "Not junk" to fix.

Check "Other" Tab
Outlook's Focused Inbox may have sorted the email into the "Other" tab.

Try Outlook Web
Go to outlook.office.com — if the email is there, the issue is your app, not the server.
Other Things to Check
- Mailbox full? — Go to File → Account Settings to check. A full mailbox bounces new messages
- Restart Outlook — close and reopen the application
