How do I connect to the F5 VPN?

🆕 First-Time Setup
- Open your web browser and go to the VPN URL provided by your IT department
- Sign in with your work username and password
- Complete MFA verification if prompted
- The browser may prompt you to download and install the BIG-IP Edge Client — follow the prompts
- Once installed, the VPN will connect automatically
🔄 Connecting After Setup
- Open BIG-IP Edge Client from your Start menu or system tray
- Click Connect
- Enter your credentials and approve the MFA prompt
- The icon in your system tray will turn ● green when connected
🔧 Troubleshooting
Connection drops frequently?
Try switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection for stability.
"Unable to connect" error?
Close the client completely, wait 30 seconds, and try again. If it persists, restart your computer.
Slow performance on VPN?
Only connect when you need internal resources. Disconnect for general browsing.
