How do I take a screenshot on Windows?

✂️ Snipping Tool (Recommended)
- Press Windows + Shift + S
- Your screen will dim — drag to select the area you want to capture
- The screenshot is copied to your clipboard. A notification will pop up — click it to edit, annotate, or save
- Paste it directly into an email or document with Ctrl + V
