How do I map a network drive?

Mapping a network drive gives you quick access to shared folders on your organization's server.
📁 Steps
- Open File Explorer (Win+E)
- Click ... (three dots) in the toolbar → Map network drive
- Choose a drive letter (e.g., Z:)
- In the Folder field, enter the path your IT team provided
- Check Reconnect at sign-in
- Click Finish

🔧 Troubleshooting
"Windows cannot access" error?
Make sure you're connected to the VPN if working remotely.
Drive disappears after restart?
Re-map and make sure "Reconnect at sign-in" is checked.
